Windsor Shelters ushers in the Diwali season with a bang

Diwali is all about festivities and festivities were in full display at the Windsor Shelters Diwali festival for all its employees with their family members.

The event was held on the 28th October 2015 at Hotel Rama Krishna in Camp area of Pune.
There were decorations, DJ and music, dances, games and gifts, prizes and of course, dollops of surprises and cheers exchanged and shared by all like one large family celebration.

The company had ensured that no one felt left out or out of place – be that a kid or an elder from the families of the employees who were in full attendance.

It all started with welcoming the invitees to the venue who came dressed in their colourful best and wearing wide smile on their faces.

The initial exchange of introductions and pleasantries put everyone at ease and made them feel at home; after all, that’s what Windsor Shelters is for its internal customers who are the employees as well as for the external customers who are the buyers. They all feel belonging and being the members of one-large family.

Coming back to the event, there were innovative games for kids, children, ladies and gents. The already colourfully dressed for the occasion celebrants also had the opportunity to put on bright props and click instant photos to take home as memories.

While the hall was reverberating with fun and laughter, the DJ ensured that the blast got even louder with some foot-tapping music from old and new films and albums that had the participants dancing to their tunes.

There were surprise gifts for the best dressed male and female celebrant as well as one for the early bird who showed up first at the venue. Of course, at the end, all had their hands full of gifts.
But there was more in store for all in the form of a lavish banquet befitting the festival that everyone awaits for a year.

As the evening gave way and darkness of the night got deeper, there were twinkling eyes all around shining with lights filled in their hearts; lights of hope, lights of happiness and lights of gratitude; much like the festival of lights called Diwali.

Though the festival of Diwali was to begin almost a fortnight later, for those present at the event, there could not have been a better beginning.

All in all, it was one loud event that started the festive season of Diwali; rightly called the Diwali Dhamaka.

P.S.: Windsor Shelters wishes each one of you a very bright and happy Diwali and a prosperous New Year.
Let’s together make the year ahead one long celebration for all.
