Kalarang 2016 – Maple Woodz – A Celebration of Relationships
It’s customary for people meeting for the first time after the holidays to ask and tell each other how they spent their holidays and so it’s but expected from us to tell how the residents at our two ongoing residential projects celebrated Diwali.
Well, if you have been a regular follower on our website or Facebook, you would know that this year Windsor Shelters initiated a two-month long festive season for the residents and their invitees at both Maple Woodz in Wagholi and Windsor County at Ambegaon Budruk – both in Pune.
Aptly called Kalarang-2016, the event was unveiled during the Ganesh Chaturthi and concluded with Diwali Pahat at the two sites.
Kalarang-2016 was a season of fun and frolic, of entertainment and excitement, of prizes and gifts for all particularly for the winners of the various events like Maanachi Sun and Sundar Aapla Ghar competitions as well as for all the participants.
The Diwali Pahat at Windsor County was held on 30th October 2016 and the winners of the Sundar Aapla Ghar Competition were also given prizes.
1st – Ms. Rasika Shevate – D 504- Won Nikon Camera
2nd – Mr. Amit Kamble – B 508- Won- Philips Home Theater
3rd – Mr. Pravin Patil – B 103- Won- Samsung Microwave
The prizes were distributed by Mr. Mahesh Rathi, Director and Mrs. Sapna Rathi, Executive Director of Windsor Shelters.
The next day, that is on 31st October 2016, the celebrations continued at Maple Woodz at 6.30am with the Diwali Pahat.
All in all, this Diwali – rather this festive season – was a grand affair for the new members of the extended family of Windsor Shelters.
Though Kalarang-2016 concluded with the Diwali Pahat at the two sites, the relationship only got stronger with memories to share and enjoy for all in the years to come.
With Kalarang-2016, Windsor Shelters once again proved that it considers selling and buying as not just financial transactions but as commencement of relationships that last forever.
