Windsor Shelters forays overseas

After making a definite mark as a highly trustworthy name in the real estate sector of Pune in Maharashtra State of India, Windsor Shelters is now on an expansion drive.

The company already has a permanent sales presence in the UAE and is also increasing its participation in the various real estate exhibitions being held in the region in order to better understand and serve the needs of homebuyers and investors belonging to the Indian Diaspora in the GCC countries.

Very recently, Windsor Shelters participated in ‘Indian Property Show’ held from 1st to 3rd December 2015 at the World Trade Centre in Dubai. This was its second participation after the ‘India Property Real Estate Expo’ at JW Marriott in Dubai on the 11th and 12th September 2015.

Windsor Shelters is a member of CREDAI and an ISO 9001:2008 certification company with over 20 years of sustained growth record, 40 successfully completed projects, over 4500 satisfied families, ‘Residential Property of the Year’ award from Lokmat for Maple Woodz and the ‘Most Promising Construction Company of the Year’ award from World Wide Achievers Pvt. Ltd.

Currently, Windsor Shelters has 3 residential projects in 3 directions of Pune – Maple Woodz at Wagholi, Swapna Saankul at Lohegaon Dhanori, and Windsor County at Ambegaon – as well as 1 farmhouse plot project – Windsor Harmony at Saje Mangaon in Raigad District.

All these four projects are at different stages of completion and/or being sold out.
During the two events in the UAE, Windsor Shelters introduced all these 4 projects to the visitors topped with some attractive offers especially for the NRI buyers.

The response was overwhelming with many inquiries eventually getting converted into actual sales for the company (see images).

The overseas visitors, like their counterparts in India, showed particular interest in Windsor Harmony which comes with the promise of doubling the returns in flat 45 months. With two phases sold out, even the third phase of this 100-acre farmhouse project is fast nearing closing.

Encouraged by the response and success, Windsor Shelters now plans to further bolster its presence in the overseas market with Singapore and USA on the list.
