CEF champion of the year 2017-18
It is said that chase excellence and success will follow. This was proved right once again on 15th April 2018 during the Chrysalis Entrepreneur Forum (CEF) 2018 award ceremony held at Hotel Westin in Pune.
It was a much-anticipated D-day for about 200 entrepreneurs from various industries and sectors participating in 12 groups those doing work whole year in this prestigious annual event – all with their own success stories to tell and real-life winners in their own right. And so the task of deciding the winning teams and their leaders from among them was going to be daunting from the word go.
Yet when the names of the winners were out, Dr. Mahesh Rathi, Director of Windsor Shelters walked away with two individual awards – ‘CEF Champion of the year 2017-18’ award conferred by Mr. Manish Gupta – Chairman of Chrysalis Group, and ‘Best GDP (Growth-Dedication-Passion) Group Leader of the year’ award conferred by Mr. Dashrath Mane – Chairman of Sonai Dairy.
At the end of the daylong event, Mahesh Rathi’s team also went on to win 5 group awards, which he attributes to the collective efforts of every member of his team and his coach and mentor, Manish Gupta.
CEF is a conglomerate of Entrepreneurs which aims to build better businesses and in turn make a positive dent in the GDP of The Nation. It maintains the momentum that is built during “The Game of Business” – an entrepreneur empowerment program. The forum consists of core members who provide the growing ecosystem to the different teams of CEF members from different industries, who are ambitious, growth-oriented and committed to learn and share from their life experiences and together achieve growth.
The evening was further enriched by words of wisdom and experience shared by five eminent speakers: Ms. Shaheen Mistry – CEO and Founder Trustee of Teach for India Program, Dr. A. Velumani – Chairman of Thyrocare, Mrs. Anu Aga – Ex. Chairman, Thermax Ltd., and Dr. Dashrath Mane – Chairman, Sonai Dairy.
As is a tradition with Dr. Mahesh Rathi and the company he founded and heads, excellence is indeed a way of life and work; awards and accolades simply beat the path to his door.
